Responsibilities

Account Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing personal lines clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and policy needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through superior service and regular communication.
- Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and other policy transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Review client profiles and insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Sales and Production:
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and marketing efforts.
- Meet or exceed personal sales and retention goals by identifying and solving client challenges.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client risk exposures and recommend insurance solutions tailored to their needs.

Risk Management:
- Stay informed on insurance industry trends, competitive products, and regulatory changes to provide the best guidance to clients.
- Assist clients with claims by providing guidance and acting as a liaison between clients and carriers.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, accountability, and respect.
Qualifications/Requirements

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance account management or as a producer, specifically in personal lines insurance.

Licensing:
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

Skills:
- Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products, pricing, and underwriting guidelines.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in insurance management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $45k-$60k (based on experience).
