Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Insurance Producer to join our growing team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies for prospecting, selling, and closing new commercial insurance clients.
  • Identify clients' unique insurance needs, assess their risks, and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and vendors to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Actively pursue opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products or services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to process paperwork, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accuracy in coverage documentation.
  • Monitor trends within the insurance and business markets to provide proactive advice and risk management strategies.
  • Establish measurable sales goals and consistently meet or exceed them.
  • Represent the organization in community and industry events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Continuously update knowledge of insurance products, market conditions, and legislation to remain an industry expert.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Insurance Producer or similar sales role within the insurance industry.
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, underwriting processes, and risk management practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a network, negotiate effectively, and close sales successfully.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and insurance agency management software is a plus.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team.

Compensation Package

  • Compensation: Between $75k-$150k (based on experience).
