Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Account Manager and Personal Producer to join our dynamic and inclusive team. Responsibilities

  • Account Management:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing personal lines clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and policy needs.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships through superior service and regular communication.
    • Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and other policy transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Review client profiles and insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Sales and Production:

    • Proactively generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and marketing efforts.
    • Meet or exceed personal sales and retention goals by identifying and solving client challenges.
    • Conduct thorough assessments of client risk exposures and recommend insurance solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Risk Management:

    • Stay informed on insurance industry trends, competitive products, and regulatory changes to provide the best guidance to clients.
    • Assist clients with claims by providing guidance and acting as a liaison between clients and carriers.
  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
    • Contribute to a culture of teamwork, accountability, and respect.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Education and Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance account management or as a producer, specifically in personal lines insurance.
  • Licensing:

    • Active Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products, pricing, and underwriting guidelines.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
    • Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in insurance management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Personal Attributes:

    • Demonstrates initiative, integrity, and a commitment to client advocacy.
    • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is essential.

Compensation Package

  • Compensation: Between $45k-$60k (based on experience).
