Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Personal Lines Account Manager to join our diverse and inclusive team. The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting a culture of diversity and equality within the workplace.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, including handling renewals, endorsements, and client inquiries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded
- Provide expert advice on personal lines insurance products and coverage options
- Collaborate with insurance carriers and underwriters to negotiate the best coverage and pricing for clients
- Resolve client concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and new products to enhance client offerings
- Actively contribute to creating an inclusive and welcoming work environment for all team members
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in the insurance industry
- Proficiency with AMS (Applied EPIC) and Personal Lines (Standard) software
- Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products, underwriting, and risk management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
