Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Employee Benefits Account Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the successful delivery of employee benefits programs.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for client accounts, building strong and lasting relationships
- Provide personalized consultation and support to clients in understanding their benefits packages
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement customized benefits solutions
- Conduct annual reviews and analysis of client accounts to ensure alignment with their strategic objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in benefits regulations to provide proactive guidance to clients
- Drive engagement and uptake of benefits programs through effective communication strategies
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services
- Monitor and track client satisfaction and implement strategies to continuously improve service delivery
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an Employee Benefits Account Executive or Senior Account Manager
- Strong understanding of employee benefits products, including health insurance, retirement savings plans, and wellness programs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
- Ability to analyze data and present insights to drive strategic decision-making
- Holds an active L&H (Life and Health) insurance license
