Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Associate Account Manager to join our team. The Associate Account Manager will support Commercial Lines Account Managers in maintaining and growing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist Commercial Lines Account Managers in servicing and managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in preparing insurance proposals, renewals, and endorsements for clients
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure client needs are met and policies are accurately maintained
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven working experience in an insurance agency or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Knowledge of commercial insurance products and services
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- An active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license is preferred
