We are currently seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and experienced in working with both standard and affluent clientele.
Position Overview:
The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing a book of personal lines business, including both standard and high-net-worth accounts. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, deep knowledge of personal lines coverages, and the ability to manage renewals, policy changes, and client inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and highly responsive to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and service a personal lines book of business, including standard and high-net-worth clients

Handle all aspects of policy servicing including renewals, endorsements, cancellations, re-marketing, and claims follow-up

Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and high-quality service

Provide expert guidance on coverages, policy options, and risk management strategies

Work closely with carriers to obtain quotes, negotiate renewals, and resolve underwriting issues

Ensure accurate and timely documentation within AMS360

Collaborate with producers and internal teams to support agency growth and retention goals

Maintain compliance with agency procedures, licensing requirements, and industry regulations
Qualifications:

Active Property & Casualty license required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines account management, preferably within an independent agency

Experience working with high-net-worth clients and complex personal insurance accounts strongly preferred

Proficiency with AMS360 is required

Strong communication and client service skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Comfortable working in a hybrid schedule, with in-office presence preferred
