Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the senior relationship manager for a portfolio of high net worth clients, delivering tailored insurance and risk management strategies that protect complex and unique personal assets.
- Strategic Program Oversight: Design, implement, and evolve sophisticated insurance programs that align with the distinct needs of affluent individuals and families.
- Leadership & Team Development: Provide vision, guidance, and day-to-day leadership. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders, including department managers and senior leadership, to ensure alignment and a seamless client experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor industry developments, market shifts, and best practices to enhance service offerings, boost retention, and maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, markets, and high net worth risk management
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead teams while driving results
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
