Job Title: Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Summary
A growing insurance agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to provide essential support to account managers overseeing a diverse book of business. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth back-end operations and high-quality service for clients across a wide range of industries and account sizes.
Responsibilities
- Process certificates of insurance, policy endorsements, and ID cards
- Conduct policy checks and update client records in the agency management system
- Support account managers with documentation and service tasks
- Handle various back-end service functions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized records and internal communication for client files
- Assist with renewal and policy change preparation as needed
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of independent agency experience with a focus on commercial lines
- Experience servicing accounts ranging from small to large
- Proficiency with Epic or similar agency management systems
- P&C license preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and service mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide support in a fast-paced team environment
