OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Auto/General Liability Claims Adjuster to handle complex claims involving commercial auto and general liability exposures. The ideal candidate will have experience managing all phases of the claims process, including investigation, coverage analysis, liability determination, negotiation, and settlement. Strong analytical skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for success in this role.
COMPENSATION
- $75,000 - $85,000/year

REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5+ years of experience handling commercial auto and/or general liability claims.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policy language, state regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent investigative, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in claims management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Investigate and evaluate commercial auto and general liability claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages.
- Conduct thorough coverage analysis and determine the extent of the policyholder’s liability.
- Interview claimants, witnesses, and other involved parties to gather essential information.
- Work with attorneys, medical providers, and other experts to assess claim value and potential exposure.
- Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and other parties while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support claim decisions and settlements
