Employee Benefits Enrollment Counselor– Kennesaw, Woodstock, Cartersville, Marietta, Alpharetta (Travel throughout the state of GA Required)

Compensation: $50K-$80k+ 

Overview:
A growing insurance agency specializing in group benefits is seeking a motivated and licensed Benefits Enrollment Counselor to join its team.
This position involves meeting with employees across the state of Georgia to explain and assist with benefit options using an online enrollment platform. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-person benefit presentations to employees

• Answer questions and provide guidance on available insurance options

• Support employees during the online enrollment process

• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and industry regulations

Qualifications:

• Active Life, Accident, and Sickness Insurance license in the state of Georgia

• Prior experience with health, dental, life, disability, and supplemental insurance

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in using web-based enrollment systems

• Willingness and ability to travel within Georgia
