Job Description
We’re seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Account Manager to join our growing commercial insurance team in Dallas. This hybrid role will involve 1–3 days a week in the local office and focuses on supporting long-term client retention through thoughtful account servicing and strategic coordination.
You’ll act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, working closely with internal teams to ensure expectations are met, service delivery runs smoothly, and opportunities for growth are identified.
What You’ll Do:

Serve as the go-to advisor for assigned accounts, developing a strong understanding of each client’s business and coverage needs

Partner with internal departments to coordinate service delivery and resolve issues efficiently

Identify opportunities to enhance the client relationship by introducing additional services or solutions

Maintain organized documentation, track account performance, and provide regular client updates

Support overall team goals by contributing to a culture of collaboration and service excellence
What You’ll Bring:

2–4 years of experience in a client-facing or account service role within insurance or a related industry

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a knack for problem-solving

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience

Comfortable working both independently and within a team structure
