Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing a book of personal insurance accounts, providing excellent customer service, and developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, including home, auto, and other personal lines products
- Provide exceptional customer service, including addressing client inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving issues
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to existing clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to support new business initiatives and growth strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory changes to effectively advise clients and maintain compliance
- Generate and analyze reports to track account performance and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications/Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant insurance industry experience
- In-depth knowledge of personal lines insurance products and coverage
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in insurance management software and MS Office
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
