About the Role

We’re hiring two Commercial Lines Account Managers (CLAMs) — one for our Williamsport office and another in Towanda — to support our growing client base. This position involves servicing a generalist book of mid-to-large commercial accounts (valued at $25K+), from A to Z. You’ll be stepping into a vital role, as our team currently shares responsibilities due to recent departures and ongoing growth.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage and service a full book of commercial accounts

  • Work closely with producers and underwriters to deliver outstanding client service

  • Use EPIC software for all account management tasks

  • Provide timely, accurate policy management and renewal support


What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed insurance professional (required)

  • At least 2 years of commercial lines experience preferred

  • Strong work ethic and team-first mentality

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, flexible work environment

  • Great communication and organizational skills
