Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The Personal Lines CSR will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client accounts, and supporting the sales team. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring that all client needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, including answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information on insurance products
- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of client information
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals
- Collaborate with the sales team to support client retention and drive new business growth
- Stay informed about insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations to effectively advise and assist clients
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and provide personalized solutions
- Utilize CRM system to track client interactions, account details, and communications
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, Account Manager, or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of personal lines insurance products and industry regulations
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License (or willingness to obtain)
