We are seeking a talented and dynamic Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial clients, addressing their insurance needs and providing exceptional service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement insurance solutions tailored to each client's unique requirements
  • Review and analyze insurance policies, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate adjustments as needed
  • Support the renewal process, including gathering underwriting information, preparing submissions, and negotiating terms with carriers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to drive retention and account growth
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to inform client strategy and decision-making
  • Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional products or services to clients

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial lines insurance, with a focus on account management and client service
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting concepts
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and carrier partners
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Adaptability and a solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance management systems
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
