Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Business Development Specialist to identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads, building client relationships, and driving growth.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new business opportunities and potential clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and initiatives for business growth
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for business expansion
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients and key stakeholders
  • Track and report on business development activities and results

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Previous insurance industry experience required
  • Prior experience in business development, sales, or a related role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
