Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join our team. The Commercial Lines Producer will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing client relationships in the commercial insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the insurance industry and be committed to providing exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new commercial insurance business opportunities
- Maintain and service existing commercial insurance accounts
- Identify client needs and provide solutions by offering comprehensive insurance products
- Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure client needs are met
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in the commercial insurance market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and insurance solutions to clients
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven track record in commercial insurance sales and account management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages
- Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
