Commercial Lines New Business Marketing Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Commercial Lines New Business Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving the growth and acquisition of new commercial insurance business through targeted marketing strategies and activities. The specialist will work closely with sales teams, underwriters, and leadership to develop effective marketing campaigns, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop Marketing Strategies:
- Collaborate with leadership and the sales team to develop marketing plans aimed at acquiring new commercial business.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and ensure the company’s offerings are competitive.
- Tailor marketing strategies to target specific industries or client segments (e.g., retail, manufacturing, construction).

Lead Generation & Campaign Management:
- Design and implement marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and email, to attract new commercial clients.
- Generate qualified leads through various marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, networking events, and webinars.
- Maintain and track campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results.

Content Creation & Communication:
- Create and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, website content, case studies, and presentations.
- Work with internal teams to ensure marketing content is aligned with the brand voice and accurately represents products and services.
- Develop and distribute content to generate interest and educate prospects on commercial lines offerings.

Sales and Client Interaction:
- Provide the sales team with necessary marketing resources and collateral to support client outreach.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and RFP responses to attract new clients.
- Help coordinate client meetings, events, and product demonstrations to facilitate the sales process.

Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and emerging opportunities.
- Use data analytics to track marketing campaign success, identify trends, and measure return on investment (ROI).
- Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign outcomes to leadership.

Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with the underwriting team to understand product offerings and create relevant marketing initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, underwriting, and customer service teams, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the commercial insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven experience in lead generation, campaign management, and marketing strategy development.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the commercial insurance industry, including product offerings and market trends, is a plus.
