Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting with account management tasks.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to provide support and address inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist account managers with account servicing, such as processing orders, updating information, and resolving account issues
- Collaborate with the account management team to ensure seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
Qualifications/Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage customer relationships
- Proficiency in using agency management software and Microsoft Office products
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
