Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and updates accurately and efficiently.
- Manage routine client communications regarding policy documents and administrative needs.
- Maintain thorough and organized records of all client interactions in our agency management system.
- Assist with policy renewals, including gathering necessary information and identifying potential discounts.
- Follow up on late premium payments and ensure records remain accurate.
- Provide administrative support during the claims process.
- Keep client files well-organized and easily accessible for advisors.
