Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines CSR (Account Manager) to support the agency's continued growth. This role is ideal for an insurance professional with a strong background in property accounts, particularly Lessor’s Risk. The CSR will play a key role in marketing new business, servicing clients, handling renewals, and working closely with carriers to ensure smooth account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and service a book of commercial property accounts, including Lessor’s Risk, single warehouses, restaurants, office buildings, and apartment complexes.
  • Market new business and assist producers with placing coverage.
  • Work directly with clients to handle servicing needs, renewals, and endorsements.
  • Communicate with carriers and underwriters to negotiate terms and coverage options.
  • Utilize AMS 360 to manage client information and policy details.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a P&C license.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager (10+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge and experience with property insurance, including Lessor’s Risk.
  • Experience working with commercial accounts ranging from $10K - $70K in premium.
  • NO captive insurance experience – candidates must have worked in an independent agency setting.
  • Additional insurance designations (e.g., CIC, CPCU, ARM) are a plus.
  • Proficiency in AMS 360 is preferred.
