Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Personal Insurance Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing in new business, maintaining existing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires a strong focus on sales, with a preference for individuals with a proven track record in revenue production and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to bring in new business and expand the client base
- Proactively identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with the highest level of satisfaction
- Conduct thorough insurance policy reviews with clients to identify opportunities for coverage enhancements and additional insurance products
- Quote new and renewal business, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Identify market trends and competitive insights to inform sales strategies and product offerings
- Collaborate with clients, providing expert advice and guidance on insurance products and coverage options
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and client meetings as needed to support business development efforts

Qualifications/Requirements
- Active P&C (Property & Casualty) license
- Proven success in sales with a track record of revenue production and leadership abilities
- 5+ years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with EPIC software is preferred
- Ability to work in a hybrid remote and in-office environment, with travel as needed
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $60K-$110K (based on experience) + commission opportunities.
