Job Summary
We are seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This position offers the opportunity to advance your career in a supportive and dynamic work environment. Previous Employee Navigator and large group experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Quoting new and renewal business for large groups
- Managing accounts with 500+ employees
- Utilizing Employee Navigator, Ease, and other relevant software
- Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient account management
- Contributing to the company's growth through exceptional account management

Qualifications/Requirements
- Active L&H license is required
- At least 7 years of experience in benefits account management
- Previous large group experience is required
- Proficiency in Employee Navigator, Ease, Workday, UKG, and related systems
- Strong understanding of large group benefits management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment

Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $90K-$120K (based on experience).
