Job Summary
We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of industries and be a part of a close-knit, family-oriented company culture. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience with EPIC and a generalist background in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities
- Quote new and renewal business
- Manage a variety of accounts including hospitality, real estate, non-profit, construction, and property
- Work closely with an Account Executive and producer, while overseeing support staff
- Maintain a good work-life balance and foster a positive team environment

Qualifications/Requirements
- Active P&C license
- Minimum 2 years of EPIC experience
- Generalist background in the insurance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office environment

Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $85K-$110K (based on experience).
