Commercial Lines Producer
Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:
- Identify and target new commercial accounts (small to large businesses, non-profits, government agencies, etc.). Heavy Real Estate
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects, clients, and industry professionals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends.

Sales and Marketing:
- Promote and sell commercial insurance products, including property, casualty, liability, workers' compensation, and other business-related coverage.
- Collaborate with underwriters to assess the risks and propose suitable coverage options to clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and quotes tailored to each client's needs.

Client Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular reviews of policies to ensure that clients' coverage aligns with their evolving needs.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and claims issues in a timely and professional manner.

Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients and carriers.
- Finalize insurance policies and contracts while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards.

Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
- Track progress toward goals and provide regular reports on performance.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, such as account managers, service teams, and claims departments, to ensure high client satisfaction and smooth operations.
- Stay informed about industry developments, trends, and new products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in sales, business, or insurance.
- Proven track record in sales or business development, particularly in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, including policy types, coverage options, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work under pressure.
- Insurance license (required in most states).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
