Job Summary:

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with various departments, providing essential support and ensuring seamless benefits administration.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage consolidated billing and invoicing processes.
  • Handle all aspects of eligibility, including reviewing applications for submission.
  • Apply standards such as waiting periods, minimum hours, and required documentation.
  • Make changes to healthcare plans and update carrier information.
  • Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Participate in training sessions to understand products and their implications.
  • Communicate effectively with the CFO, office directors, and HR.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role with strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Above-average computer skills with the ability to master essential software programs.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address and resolve issues.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.

 

Compensation Package:

  • Compensation: Between $56K-$70K (based on experience).
