Job Summary
An established agency is seeking a highly motivated Medicare Agent to join their team. This position offers a competitive base salary with a bonus structure and a 401K match. The role is remote and involves working with inbound leads, lead lists, and explaining coverages to clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of Medicare-related experience and hold an L&H License.

Responsibilities
- Work with inbound leads and lead lists
- Explain coverages to clients
- Collaborate with carriers and answer client questions
- Utilize AMS360 software
- Quote new/renewal business

Qualifications/Requirements
- L&H License
- 1+ years of experience working with Medicare
- Familiarity with AMS360 software preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $40k-$50k (based on experience) + bonus structure.
