Job Summary
The Commercial Lines Client Service Manager (CSM) leads service delivery and client retention efforts for a portfolio of mid- to large-market, complex commercial insurance accounts. This role develops and executes client strategies, oversees renewals and remarketing initiatives, and ensures seamless collaboration with service team members.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored service strategies for mid- to large-market accounts
- Manage the renewal process, including premium analysis, coverage reviews, and client communications
- Lead remarketing efforts by preparing submissions, coordinating with carriers, and presenting options
- Generate quotes for new business and renewals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with the Client Service Specialist and Client Service Associate to deliver exceptional service
- Serve as primary liaison between clients, underwriters, and internal departments to resolve complex issues
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for enhanced service or product solutions
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing mid- to large-market, complex commercial accounts
- Proven track record in client strategy development, renewals, and remarketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and project-management abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proactive problem-solving approach and empathetic client focus
- Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
