Job Summary
The Commercial Lines Client Service Manager (CSM) leads service delivery and client retention efforts for a portfolio of mid- to large-market, complex commercial insurance accounts. This role develops and executes client strategies, oversees renewals and remarketing initiatives, and ensures seamless collaboration with service team members.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tailored service strategies for mid- to large-market accounts
  • Manage the renewal process, including premium analysis, coverage reviews, and client communications
  • Lead remarketing efforts by preparing submissions, coordinating with carriers, and presenting options
  • Generate quotes for new business and renewals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate with the Client Service Specialist and Client Service Associate to deliver exceptional service
  • Serve as primary liaison between clients, underwriters, and internal departments to resolve complex issues
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for enhanced service or product solutions

 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing mid- to large-market, complex commercial accounts
  • Proven track record in client strategy development, renewals, and remarketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project-management abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proactive problem-solving approach and empathetic client focus
  • Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
