Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing personalized service and building lasting relationships
- Assess clients' insurance coverage needs and recommend personalized solutions, including luxury homes, high-value automobiles, and personal liability protection
- Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate terms, conditions, and premiums to ensure competitive and comprehensive coverage options for clients
- Proactively review and update clients' insurance programs to reflect changing circumstances and ensure ongoing protection
- Field client inquiries, address concerns, and provide guidance on insurance options and policy details
- Stay informed about industry trends, carrier products, and risk management strategies to best serve clients' evolving needs
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including revenue generation, client retention, and customer satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Account Executive in the personal lines insurance industry, with a focus on high net worth clients
- Strong understanding of personal insurance products, including homeowners, automobile, and umbrella liability coverage
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage and maintain strong connections with high net worth clients
- Proficiency in leveraging insurance carrier relationships and negotiating coverage terms and conditions
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to managing client accounts
- A valid insurance license and relevant certifications are preferred
Day-to-day
- Engage with high net worth clients to understand their unique insurance needs and provide tailored guidance
- Collaborate with carriers and underwriters to develop comprehensive insurance proposals and secure competitive coverage options
- Regularly communicate with clients to review policy details, address inquiries, and provide updates on their insurance program
- Attend industry events, seminars, or training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and insurance products
