- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Producer, with a successful track record of generating new business and retaining clients.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverage options, and risk management principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and underwriters.
- Proficiency in utilizing industry-specific software and tools to manage client data, policies, and sales activities.
- Current insurance producer license and any relevant certifications or designations.
Day-to-day
- Identify and prioritize potential clients within the target market segments.
- Engage in proactive outreach and networking to build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and risks to recommend tailored insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of policies and resolution of client inquiries.
- Stay updated on industry developments and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
