Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Middle Market Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high net worth and middle market personal lines accounts.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with high net worth and middle market personal lines clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly, quarterly and annual initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Personal Lines (High Net Worth and Middle Market)
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM)
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
Day-to-day
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions
- Developing and executing strategies for discovering and securing new business opportunities
- Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
- Forecasting and tracking key account metrics
