We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial General Liability Claims Team Manager with expertise in commercial auto claims to join our TPA client’s team. COMPENSATION:
- $100,000 - $110,000/year

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in general liability claims handling, with significant exposure to commercial auto claims.
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is required.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policy language, coverage analysis, and claims investigation techniques.
- Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Adjuster license in applicable states is required or must be obtained.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and lead a team of general liability claims adjusters, providing mentorship, training, and performance feedback.
- Monitor the progress of claims to ensure timely and accurate resolution in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Oversee claims involving commercial auto exposures, including bodily injury and property damage.
- Review and approve claim reserves, settlements, and denials within authority limits.
- Ensure consistent application of policy language, legal principles, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to resolve complex or escalated claims.
- Develop and implement team goals and performance metrics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
