Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Middle Market Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high net worth and middle market personal lines accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with high net worth and middle market personal lines clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly, quarterly and annual initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Personal Lines (High Net Worth and Middle Market)
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM)
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field

Day-to-day

  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions
  • Developing and executing strategies for discovering and securing new business opportunities
  • Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics
