Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Personal/Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by offering insurance products and solutions to meet their personal or commercial needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and recommending appropriate products and coverage.
• Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Ensure accuracy of policy documentation and assist clients with claims processes.
• Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and coverage for clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends and products to better serve clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management or sales within the insurance industry.
• In-depth knowledge of personal and commercial insurance products and coverage options.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant insurance certifications or licenses (e.g., Property and Casualty license) preferred.

Day-to-Day

• Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and timely responses for clients.
• Proactively reach out to clients for policy reviews and updates.
• Stay organized and maintain accurate client and policy information in our systems.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills in insurance products and services.
