- Policy Management: Maintain accurate client policy information within the management system (AMS360).
- Primary Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for all service requests, ensuring swift resolutions.
- Organizational Efficiency: Organize and maintain client files and records efficiently.
- Renewal & Marketing Leadership: Lead the renewal and marketing process with strategic prowess.
- Proposal Presentation: Assist in presenting compelling renewal and new business proposals to clients.
- Special Projects: Contribute to various special projects aimed at enhancing team and agency performance.
- Mentorship: Mentor and supervise assistant account managers, guiding them through diverse tasks.
- Portfolio Management: Skillfully manage and service a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts.
