PERSONAL LINES ASSISTANT ACCOUNT MANAGER
LOCATION: Haven, Kansas
Looking for a Personal Lines Assistant Account Manager for a local insurance agency located near Haven, Kansas. We are looking for a passionate and experienced licensed insurance professional to help with customer servicing duties. In this role, you will provide support to the team. Provide excellent customer support to clients - answering their questions or requests regarding their accounts, on a timely basis, handle endorsement requests, notice of cancellations or reinstatements, working with insurance carriers, assist Account Managers with other duties as needed. Experience working with Personal Lines Home & Auto insurance is required. Minimum of 2 years’ similar experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for customer service
- Process the policy change through the carrier website or via email communication
- Update agency management system
- Provide assistance with claims
- Process renewals, binders, ID cards, invoicing and other documentation.
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred, but high school diploma or equivalency required.
- Valid property and casualty insurance license is required.
- Knowledge or experience with Personal Lines standard products and markets.
