Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and quote new and renewal business for small to mid-market commercial lines accounts in the E&S market.

• Collaborate with team members during monthly department meetings and quarterly staff meetings.
• Utilize AIM and ImageRight software for underwriting processes.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a frontline underwriting role, preferably within the E&S market.
• Property & Casualty license preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with AIM and ImageRight software is advantageous.
• Proven ability to adapt to technology and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance caution with timely decision-making.
