Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and professional Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized commercial accounts, delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing accounts end-to-end, a proactive approach to client service, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 annually, plus 2.5% commission on all renewal business.
- 401(k): 4% company match.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial clients across various coverages, including General Liability, Property, BOP, Workers’ Compensation, Auto, EPLI, Cyber, and related policies.
- Oversee the renewal process with a proactive approach, ensuring clients are informed of all options and tradeoffs.
- Provide expert advisory services to small and medium-sized business owners while handling day-to-day service needs such as endorsements, certificates, claims support, and compliance requests.
- Collaborate with placement specialists and producers to effectively market accounts, ensuring smooth handoffs and driving retention and cross-sell opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of workflows, checklists, templates, and service standards as the team scales.
- Leverage technology and automation tools to enhance efficiency and maintain personalized client communication.
- Maintain accurate documentation and operational discipline within the Agency Management System (AMS) to support scalability and quality assurance.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience managing commercial accounts, with a proven ability to handle accounts from start to finish.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.

- Other Requirements:
- Must pass a background check prior to the start date.
- Ability to work full-time in the office (no remote or hybrid options available).
