High-Net-Worth Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced High-Net-Worth Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and growing team. This role involves managing a sophisticated book of business, focusing on High-Net-Worth (HNW) and private-client accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong HNW carrier knowledge, full-cycle account management expertise, and the ability to deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a hybrid position based in Plano, Texas, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Bonus Opportunities: Available

Responsibilities

• Manage new and renewal business for standard and HNW Personal Lines accounts.
• Initiate renewal action plans and obtain client updates.
• Market accounts to carriers and prepare submissions, proposals, quote comparisons, and coverage analyses.
• Communicate effectively with Producers, clients, underwriters, and carriers.
• Negotiate premiums and coverage terms.
• Handle policy changes, endorsements, billing inquiries, cancellations, and nonrenewals.
• Issue Auto ID cards and other policy documentation.
• Assist with basic claims processing and advocacy.
• Check policies and order loss runs.
• Identify account-rounding opportunities.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and independently manage deadlines.
• Support multiple Producers with varying working styles.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5+ years in Personal Lines account management.
  • Strong High-Net-Worth/Private Client Personal Lines experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HNW carriers.
  • Proven ability to manage a demanding book of business independently.
  • Experience with new and renewal marketing/quoting, coverage reviews, and exposure analysis.
• Licensing: Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Nexsure and EZLynx software.
