Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to our Personal Lines department, where you will manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, ranging from standard to high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to client service. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available (details provided upon request).

Responsibilities

• Manage a $2M book of business, handling accounts ranging from $2,000 to $50,000 in size.
• Provide end-to-end servicing of personal lines accounts, including policy rounding, endorsements, and remarketing.
• Handle 80% renewal business and 20% new business quoting.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met and provide exceptional customer service.
• Utilize software tools such as EPIC to manage accounts efficiently.
• Work with Mercury, Bamboo, and wholesale/E&S markets as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in personal lines insurance, with familiarity in Mercury, Bamboo, and wholesale/E&S markets preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills: Strong collaboration, outgoing personality, excellent organizational skills, personable demeanor, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Work Environment: Hybrid work arrangement preferred, but remote candidates with strong qualifications will be considered. Relocation assistance is not provided.
