Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to generate new business in commercial lines insurance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Independently manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Consistently achieve or exceed annual revenue targets of $100,000 or more.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Producer with a history of generating $100,000+ in annual revenue.
• Strong skills in new-business development, prospecting, and relationship management.
• Established network of client and business-development relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage the sales process effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
