Personal Lines Account Manager - Hybrid
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a well-established and growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a reputable agency that specializes in personal lines insurance, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and cross-selling opportunities. The position is hybrid, with a mix of in-office and remote work after the initial training period.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 annually
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid model (onsite training for a few months, then remote work on Wednesdays and Fridays)
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Handle a mix of 50% sales and 50% service (with an expected shift to 70% service and 30% sales over time).
- Proactively round and cross-sell insurance products to existing clients.
- Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Utilize Xanatek software to manage client information and process transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet agency goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in personal lines insurance; experience with Erie Insurance is a plus but not required.
- Skills: Strong sales and customer service skills, with a willingness to engage in cross-selling and upselling.
- Language: Spanish-speaking candidates are highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Xanatek software or similar systems is preferred.
- Work Ethic: Must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
