Commercial Lines Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a dynamic and professional team. This role is pivotal in managing the strategic execution of insurance programs, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless renewal timelines. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage the strategic execution of insurance programs for a sophisticated client base, including construction, manufacturing, and agriculture businesses.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships.
- Collaborate with producers, claims teams, and marketing teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
- Oversee both new and renewal business processes, leveraging support from carrier marketing teams and producers.
- Conduct client-facing meetings, including renewal discussions and strategic planning sessions.
- Handle a book of business valued between $750,000 and $1.2 million, with accounts ranging from $100,000 to over $500,000.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with a preference for candidates with 5-10 years of experience.
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied Epic software.
- Client Expertise: Experience managing middle to large market accounts, including those exceeding $500,000 in value.
- Soft Skills: Strong client-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within North Carolina for client meetings (approximately a two-hour radius).
