Private Equity Consultant

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Placement Broker with a strong background in Private Equity and complex commercial insurance placements. This role requires a highly strategic and client-facing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has extensive experience handling middle-market to large-market accounts across multiple industries.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Private Equity due diligence, carrier negotiations, and placement strategy across all Property & Casualty lines. This individual will work closely with internal producers, PE firms, portfolio companies, and carrier partners to structure comprehensive insurance solutions for sophisticated clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with portfolio company integration and acquisition-related insurance reviews.
• Existing carrier and wholesale market relationships.
• Professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, CIC, or RPLU.
• Background working with national or large regional brokerage firms.
