Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing and servicing a diverse book of commercial insurance accounts, including real estate investors, transportation, technology, and hospitality clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, a strong understanding of the insurance industry, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of commercial insurance accounts, including quoting, binding, and servicing policies.
- Handle a diverse book of business, including property, transportation, cyber liability, directors & officers (D&O), and small commercial accounts.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless client service and account management.
- Utilize advanced technology platforms (Nowcerts and Agency Zoom) to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve processes and contribute to the growth of the commercial lines department.
- Participate in occasional in-office training sessions and company events, including quarterly gatherings and an annual holiday party.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of full account management experience in commercial lines insurance. Experience with E&S coastal accounts is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in insurance management systems (e.g., Nowcerts) and CRM tools (e.g., Agency Zoom).
- Soft Skills: Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Location: Candidates within 50 miles of the office will work in a hybrid model. Fully remote candidates will be considered if located in a similar cost-of-living area.
