Personal/Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal/Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for an experienced insurance professional with a background in personal lines and light commercial insurance, or for someone with personal lines experience who is eager to expand into commercial lines. The successful candidate will play a key role in servicing and managing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the agency.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of business, including personal lines (home, auto) and small commercial accounts (BOPs, general liability, small commercial packages).
- Handle daily service tasks such as Certificates of Insurance, endorsements, change requests, and running reports.
- Quote new and renewal business for both personal and commercial lines.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in insurance account management.
- Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in personal and/or commercial lines.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied TAM software is preferred.
