Licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and professional Licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. This role involves servicing a diverse portfolio of Personal Lines (PL) and Commercial Lines (CL) insurance clients.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to a dynamic and client-focused environment.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $40,000 annually
- Bonus Incentives: Additional bonuses tied to retention percentages of the client book
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse client base, with a focus on Korean-speaking customers.
- Manage and service a mix of Personal Lines (PL) and Commercial Lines (CL) insurance accounts.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain and grow client relationships by delivering timely and accurate information.
- Ensure compliance with all state licensing requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve retention goals.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Must hold a valid Georgia (GA) insurance license.
- For Florida-based candidates, a 4-40 or 2-20 P&C license is acceptable, provided the candidate is also licensed in Georgia.
- Fluency in Korean (verbal proficiency is mandatory).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in-office at Pembroke Pines/Miami, Florida, or Lawrenceville, Georgia, or remotely if meeting licensing requirements.
- Proven ability to manage and retain a client book effectively.
