Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $45,000 - $70,000 annually (up to $75,000 for highly qualified candidates)
- Bonuses:
- $25 per cross-sell
- Annual Christmas bonus equivalent to one full paycheck

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, providing end-to-end servicing.
- Handle small to middle-market accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-sell additional products and services to meet client needs.
- Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage client information and workflows.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensing: Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including those from captive agencies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
- Work History: A strong and stable job history is essential.
- Schedule: Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility (30-minute to 1-hour adjustments possible).
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
