Compensation Package

Responsibilities
- Provide full-service account management for personal lines accounts, including standard policies.
- Handle renewals and service accounts from A to Z.
- Quote new and renewal business as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve departmental goals.
- Participate in community engagement initiatives as part of our company culture.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, with a strong preference for candidates who can quickly adapt to our systems and processes.
